Evening Sky Observatory Program (Year Round)

Explanation:
-Children can make use of our telescope and view the stars and planets from home using an internet link to our observatory. http://www.aspenranchcanada.com/observatory/index.html

Grade 7 to 9 Ecological Field Studies (Not a Winter Program)

Explanation:
-Teachers may bring their students to our facility and do pre-arranged field studies on the Riparian Area and High Grounds. http://www.aspenranchcanada.com/educational/index.htm
-Classroom and grounds use for participants
-Booklets and equipment will be supplied free of charge

Summer Science and Art Program

Explanation:
-Children can register for a free week long Minds In Motion and/or Arts and Crafts class. Please contact us at aspenranchcanada7@gmail.com or check out our Facebook page for registration information.

Grades 3 to 9 Spring/Summer/Fall Family Self-Directed Railway Safety Program

Explanation:
- Parents can bring their family out to our center and view the static train display, as well as, participate in the self-directed railway safety program.
-Classroom use and premises are used for this activity; program materials provided, pre-booking is required

Grade 4 Farm Safety, Agriculture Awareness and Environmental Stewardship Program (September/October)

Explanation:

Youth Substance Abuse and Learn to Horse-back Ride Program

Explanation:
-Youth are invited to participate in this one day week-end program. Dates are determined based on community interest. https://aspenranchhorse.weebly.com/

Winter Wilderness Survival Program

Explanation:
-Junior and senior high school are invited to come to our facility and do snow showing or cross country skiing. They may also choose to engage their students in an on-hands wilderness survival program
-Participants bring their own supplies and equipment
-Activity Booklets, Winter Survival in the Backcountry, will be supplied free of charge by Alberta Emergency Preparedness Program.
